1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the suit filed by the respondent-husband under Section 281 of the Mohammedan Law for restitution of conjugal rights titled "Aarish Khan v. Seema Khan @ Seema Malik" from Ld. Judge Family Court at Dhanbad, District-Dhanbad, Jharkhand to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court in Lucknow, District-Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Though the service is complete, yet none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. A case is made out for transfer of the proceedings. Accordingly, Original Suit No.1208 of 2024 titled "Aarish Signature Not Verified Digitally signed byKhan v. Seema Khan @ Seema Malik" pending before Ld.

Judge Family Court at Dhanbad, District-Dhanbad, Jharkhand is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court in Lucknow, District-Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 4. Records shall be sent promptly by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court.

5. In case video conferencing facilities are available in the transferee Court, the parties may be permitted to appear through video conferencing on non-effective dates of hearings.

6. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
