1. This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of a case being Original Suit No. 316 of 2025 pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to the Family Court, Saket, District New Delhi.

2. The ground raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer are that she has to take care of her old mother; and other cases are already pending at Family Court, Saket, New Delhi.

3. On such consideration, we are of the view that the transfer can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer Petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the case being Original Suit No. 316 of 2025 pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun is transferred to the Family Court, Saket, District New Delhi.

6. The transferor Court shall forward the records pertaining to Signattureh Noet Ver ifiedsaid case to the transferee Court, as expeditiously as RAJNI MUKHI Date: 2025.09.08 Reason:

7. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on

22nd September, 2025.

8. The Respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceedings virtually, unless his presence is required by the trial Court.
