1. The present petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”) by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of HMA/216/2025, titled as "Rohit Sarna Vs. Prachi Sarna" pending before the Family Court - 03, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi to the Family Court, Vikas Nagar, Uttarakhand.

2. Mr. Abhay Kumar, AOR appears on behalf of the respondent and vehemently opposes the prayer.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the petition bearing HMA/216/2025, titled as "Rohit Sarna Vs. Prachi Sarna" pending before the Family Court - 03, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi is transferred to the Family Court, Vikas Nagar, Uttarakhand.

8. It is needless to state in the event either of the parties wish to make a request to the Court for referring the dispute for mediation, the Court shall make all endeavour to resolve the dispute through mediation and only on its failure, it shall proceed to adjudicate the dispute on merits.
