ORDER
Leave granted.
We have heard learned senior counsel, Mr. V. Giri for the appellant and learned standing counsel, Mr. Aaditya A. Pande for the respondent-State.
During the course of submissions, it was brought to our notice that this Court by order dated 02.02.2026 had granted the relief of bail to a similarly placed accused in the case of Ashish Satish Mittal vs. The State of Maharashtra and other connected cases arising out of Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No.21370/2025 and connected cases. It was therefore submitted by learned senior counsel for the appellant that the said order may be followed in this case also.
Per contra, learned standing counsel for the respondent-State however submitted that the appellant herein is also alleged of committing serious offences and hence appropriate orders may be made in this case.
We find that on the principle of parity, the appellant herein is also entitled to a similar relief.
We, therefore, extract the relevant portions of the order dated 02.02.2026 which read as under:
“11. Considering the facts on record and the aforesaid submissions, in our view, the case for bail is made out.
12. We, therefore, allow this appeal and direct as under:
