ORDER

Heard Mr. Manish Singhvi and Mr. Dhruv Mehta, learned senior counsel for the parties at length.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties are permitted to file additional documents within a period of two weeks, as under:-

i) Pension calculation of an employee who retired after 01.01.1986 but before 31.10.1987, with year-wise calculations up to date;

ii) Pension calculation of an employee of the Bank who retired after 01.11.1987 till 28.02.2003, with the same details as mentioned above and iii) Pension calculation of an employee who retired after 01.03.2003, with the same details as provided above.

List these matters on 18th February, 2026 as PART-HEARD.
