ORDER

1. The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of a petition initiated at the instance of the respondent-husband bearing H.M.O.P. bearing No. 225 of 2023, titled as “Mattaparthi Ramesh Vs. Yandra Sneha Satyanaryana”(subject-case), pending in the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The matter between the parties was referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre vide this Court’s order dated 25.09.2025 but the matter could not be settled.

4. Considering the fact that other case(s) between the parties are pending in the Court at Chandrapur, Maharashtra, it would be expedient in the ends of justice to transfer the subject-case as asked for by the petitioner-wife.

5. The Court where proceedings are pending is directed to send the records to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

6. The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly.
