ORDER
1. By our order dated 15.01.2026, we had directed the parties to personally remain present before us.
2. We had also directed the husband to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty five thousand only) with the registry of this Court towards travelling and other ancillary expenses that the wife may incur.
3. We take serious notice of the fact that the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty five thousand only) has not been deposited by the husband till this date.
4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the husband joined online.
5. The wife is personally present before us along with her minor daughter Mihira. Mihira is aged 3½ years. The wife is accompanied by her younger brother.
6. We had a talk with the wife and her brother. We also had a talk with the husband online. The husband has assured that he would deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand only) within a period of one week from today.
7. Once the amount is deposited by the husband, the same shall be disbursed in favour of the wife, after proper identification and verification.
8. On the next date of hearing, the husband shall personally remain present. He shall furnish us with the details of his employment and the last pay salary slip.
9. On the next day of hearing, the petitioner shall also personally remain present with her daughter Mihira. If the younger brother of the petitioner wants to accompany her sister, he may do so.
10. We shall talk further with the parties on the next date of hearing and proceed further, accordingly.
11. Post this matter on 9th April, 2026 at 3 p.m. in the Committee Room.
