Headnote:In SLP

(C) Nos. 21043/2025 and 21486/2025, the Supreme Court addressed the requirement for filing counter affidavits. Despite service completion, several respondents failed to appear, leading the Court to grant a final opportunity to file necessary documents by 12.02.2026. The Court directed the registry to ensure the matter is processed for listing thereafter. The key issues involve the procedural lapses of the respondents in responding to the appeals.
