ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings.
2. The petitioner is virtually seeking bail in connection with FIR No.129 of 2025 registered with Police Station Civil Line, District-Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
3. The petitioner contends that he is suffering from serious illness and requires medical treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the State of Chhattisgarh has filed medical report pursuant to our last order and the status report admits that the petitioner is suffering from Perianal Abscess and Fournier Gangrene and is undergoing treatment at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
5. In view of the aforesaid medical report, we enlarge the petitioner on interim bail on medical grounds for a period of six months’ from today subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court commensurating with the charges, if any, framed against him.
6. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
