ORDER
1. The petitioner has been denied regular bail by the High Court in connection with Crime No.537/2023 registered with Kanadia Police Station, Indore, State of Madhya Pradesh for the offence punishable under Sections 307 , 341, 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, “the IPC”).
2. The investigation culminated in filing of the chargesheet for the offence enumerated above.
3. The committal of the case ultimately culminated in Sessions Case No.777/2023 pending as on date in the Court of Fourteenth Additional Sessions Judge, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
4. We are informed that the trial is in progress.
5. So far, nine witnesses have been examined.
6. Having regard to the genesis of the occurrence and other attendant circumstances on record, we are inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner.
