ORDER
2. We take notice of the fact that the petitioner was put to trial in the Court of Special Judge (FTSC), Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh in Special Criminal Case No.36 of 2023.
4. The appeal has also now been dismissed by the High Court.
6. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and also the evidence on record, we order that the petitioner be released on bail subject to terms and conditions that the trial court may deem fit to impose.
