ORDER
1. Applications for exemption from filing Certified Copy of the Impugned judgment and official translation are allowed.
2. Issue notice returnable in six weeks.
3. Heard on the prayer for grant of suspension of sentence. The learned single Judge, vide order dated 30.01.2026 granted exemption from surrendering till the first date of listing of the case before this Court. However, looking to the fact that it is a judgment of reversal, we deem it appropriate to suspend the substantive jail sentence of the petitioner subject to outcome of the special leave petition.
4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct that the substantive jail sentence of the petitioner be suspended and he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and imposed by the trial court.
