ORDER
At the time of hearing the present petition, it was not disputed that identical issue came up for consideration before this Court in SLP (Civil) No.3866 of 2026 and the Special Leave Petition was dismissed vide this Court’s order dated 2nd February, 2026.
The present Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed in terms thereof.
Pending application shall also stand disposed of.
It was submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that SLP(Civil)Nos.3770 and 3866 of 2026 were dismissed in the same terms.
