ORDER

Writ Petition No. 386 of 2025

1. This Court, on 19.09.2025, passed the following order :-

“1. Issue notice.

2. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

3. Pending disposal of the Writ Petitions, all further proceedings on the basis of notice dated 07.08.2025 issued by the Collector and District Magistrate, Patan and notice dated 24.07.2025 issued by the Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Navsari shall remain stayed.

4. We also make it clear that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners pending disposal of the Writ Petitions.“

2. In modification of the above order, while retaining para 4 viz. no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners pending disposal of the writ petition, we direct that there shall be no stay in the proceedings on the basis of notice dated 07.08.2025 issued by the Collector and District Magistrate, Patan and notice dated 24.07.2025 issued by the Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Navsari. Para 3 is modified accordingly.
