A review petition is dismissed where the law has been settled by a Constitution Bench and the petitioner has passed away.

ORDER

1. Delay condoned.

2. This review petition was filed at a point of time when the Constitution Bench decision of this Court in Indore Development Authority v. Manohar Lal , (2020) 8 SCC 129. was yet to be pronounced.

3. Now that the law has been settled by the Constitution Bench, we find no reason to entertain the review petition. Even otherwise, the review petitioner has passed away.

4. The review petition stands dismissed.

5. If, at all, any rights of the heirs of the deceased review petitioner survive in regard to the cause of action for which she had applied for review, they shall be at liberty to pursue their remedy in accordance with law.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
