Respondent no. 13 is duly represented.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 7 to 10 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent no. 11 has been deleted vide Hon’ble Judge-in- Chamber’s order dated 28.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for impleadment instead of application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no. 5. The same be filed by 20.02.2026, as last opportunity.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for substituted service in respect of respondent no. 12 but the same is defective. Defects be cured on or before 20.02.2026, as last opportunity.

List the matter on 09.03.2026.

Respondent nos. 1, 3 to 5 and 8 are duly represented.

Service is complete on respondent no. 2 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent no. 6 is common as respondent no. 11 in connected matter and has already been deleted in connected matter.
