ORDER
2. The instant petitioner in relation to a dispute, unrelated to the issue in question, preferred an application under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad being Application No.25724 of 2022 in which the further proceedings in case No.1559 of 2019 arising out of the first F.I.R being No 353 of 2015 registered against the present petitioner stands stayed. At the time, when this Court had passed the order of clubbing of the FIRs and the investigation in relation thereto, there were just 41 + 5 = 46 FIRs.
4. We notice that the FIR, first point in time i.e. 353 of 2015 dated 09.06.2015 was registered only under Section 406 IPC. Whereas subsequent several FIRs are registered under Sections 406 , 420,467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 389 and 120B of IPC and in almost all the FIRs not only the investigation is complete but the Trial Court has taken cognizance.
