ORDER
1. Leave granted.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.The appellant apprehends his arrest, in connection with FIR No.138/2024, registered at Police Station - Model Town, District - Ludhiana for the offences punishable under Section 303 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.
4. We have been informed that the appellant has joined the investigation and is cooperating with the same. Thus, no custodial interrogation is required.
5. Considering the above, we are inclined to set aside the impugned order and grant anticipatory bail to the appellant.
6. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside, and the appellant is granted anticipatory bail, subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the concerned Trial Court.
7. We make it clear that the appellant shall continue to cooperate with the investigation till its conclusion.
8. The appeal is allowed, accordingly.
9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
