ORDER

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings.

2. The petitioner is involved in a case of embezzlement of government money pursuant to FIR No. 54 of 2024 dated 18.05.2024 registered with Police Station Mainpur, District-Gariyaband. The petitioner was arrested on 15.07.2024 and is in jail ever since then.

3. The charges have been framed and out of the 91 witnesses cited, 19 have been examined and the prosecution proposes to examine at least 30 more material witnesses. Therefore, it will take sufficient time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, we direct for the enlargement of the petitioner on bail subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court commensurating with the charges, if any, framed against him including surrendering of his passport, if any, before the Trial Court itself.

5. The special leave petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
