1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant is accused in ECIR NO.RPZO/02/2023 dated 20.03.2023, which has been registered by the Directorate of Enforcement.
3. This Court vide order dated 29.05.2025 released the appellant on interim bail.
4. We have heard learned counsel on behalf of the appellant as well as learned Additional Solicitor General of India, appearing for the Directorate of Enforcement, who vehemently opposed the grant of bail.
5. Taking into consideration all the attending circumstances, however, without expressing any opinion on merits, we deem it appropriate to confirm the interim order Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by ARJUN BISHT dated 29.05.2025 and the appellant is, accordingly, released Date: 2026.02.10 Reason:
on regular bail subject to the conditions already imposed while granting interim bail. Ordered accordingly.
