UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Respondent nos.73-78, 80-86, 88, 91-96, 99, 101, 102, 104, 106-110, 121, 124-129, 131, 137, 139, 142, 145, 146, 148, 152 to

154, 156, 157, 161 and 162 have filed counter affidavit.

Service was complete on respondent nos. 25, 38 and 100 on

05.02.2026 and 04.02.2026 respectively, but none has entered appearance.

As per office report, no counter affidavit has been filed by respondent nos. 1 to 24, 26, 30-34, 38-41, 43-47, 55-57, 59, 61, 62, 64-68, 70 and 137 though service was complete in November, 2025. However, it has been submitted by the ld. Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 4 that counter affidavit has been e-filed yesterday. Registry to verify and update the records. If filed, be taken on record. Last opportunity is granted to the remaining respondents to file counter affidavit, if any, by 16.02.2026. If filed let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity would stand declined.

As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed fresh particulars for service on respondent nos. 52 and 66 but has not taken fresh steps despite grant of last opportunity. However, it has been submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner, Ms Mary Mitzy that fresh steps have been taken on 21.01.2026. Registry to verify and update the records. If steps have been taken, issue notices immediately.
