No counter affidavit has been filed by respondent nos. 12 and 45 despite grant of last opportunity, as such, further opportunity is hereby declined.

Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 to cure the defects in the memo of appearance and file counter affidavit by 23.02.2026 as last opportunity. If filed, be taken on record, else further opportunity to file counter affidavit would stand declined.

Vakalatnama be filed as per rules.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps by 16.02.2026 as last opportunity with regard to service on respondent nos. 2 to 4. If steps are taken issue notices and list again on 13.03.2026. However, if steps as above are not taken, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.

Diary No(s). 32300/2025 Respondent nos. 1 to 4,24 and 33 have not filed counter affidavit despite opportunity having been granted on 09.01.2026, as such, further opportunity is hereby declined.

However,ld.Counsel, Ms Muskaan Dutta appearing on behalf of Mr Ashish Pandey, Advocate-on-record has submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 24 and 33 has been filed. Registry to verify and update the records. If filed, same be taken on record.

Exemption from service on respondent no.5 has been granted by the Hon’ble Court on 14-07-2025.

As per office report, ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr Ashish Pandey has not filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 6 to 45 as was submitted on 09.01.2026. However, it has been submitted by the ld. Counsel, Ms Muskaan Dutta appearing on behalf of Mr Ashish Pandey, Advocate-on- record that vakalatnama and counter affidavit have been filed yesterday vide E-filing No.16849/2026. Registry to verify and update the records. If filed, be taken on record and Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

However, if the same is not found to have been filed, ld.counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of respective unserved respondents by

16.02.2026 and list again on 13.03.2026.
