2. The appellant challenges the judgment and order dated 18.08.2025 in Matters Under Article 227 No.8671/2023 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, titled “Manju vs. Vinod Kumar (since deceased) & Ors.

3. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant.

4. Finding the Bench not to be in agreement with the appellant, the appellant, through learned counsel, seeks time to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the demised premises to the respondent(s)/landlord(s) within a period of eleven (11) months from today. Prayer accepted.

5. The appellant shall furnish an undertaking before this Court to vacate the premises on or before 31^st December 2026. The undertaking, in the usual form, shall be filed by Signature Not Verified the appellant within three weeks from today, failing which Digitally signed by NAVEEN D Date: 2026.02.11

19:00:34 IST the Registry shall take appropriate steps.

Reason:

6. The appellant, through learned counsel present in Court, has been made aware of the consequences of breach of such undertaking, including initiation of contempt proceedings.

7. The arrears of rent due and payable, if any, shall be positively cleared within three weeks from today.

8. Needless to add, till such time the appellant occupies the premises, she shall continue to pay occupational charges at the same rate at which the rent was agreed to be paid.

9. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of.

10. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
