2. The appellant challenges the judgment and order dated 18.08.2025 in Matters Under Article 227 No.8671/2023 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, titled “Manju vs. Vinod Kumar (since deceased) & Ors.
3. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant.
4. Finding the Bench not to be in agreement with the appellant, the appellant, through learned counsel, seeks time to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the demised premises to the respondent(s)/landlord(s) within a period of eleven (11) months from today. Prayer accepted.
5. The appellant shall furnish an undertaking before this Court to vacate the premises on or before 31st December 2026. The undertaking, in the usual form, shall be filed by Signature Not Verified the appellant within three weeks from today, failing which Digitally signed by NAVEEN D Date: 2026.02.11
