Leave granted.

The appellant seeks bail in connection with FIR No.11195044230576 of 2023 dated 26.08.2023, registered at Police Station Banaskantha, District Shihori, for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c),20(b)(ii)(C) and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant has been in custody for about 2 and ½ years and only one out of the 23 witnesses has been examined.
