UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

The present petitions have been filed assailing the order

impugned passed by the High Court dated 28.09.2022 granting default

bail under Section 167(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

After we have heard learned Additional Solicitor General

appearing for the petitioner, we find no reason to interfere with

the order impugned. However, we make it clear that the observation

which has been made by the High Court is only limited for examining

the scope and ambit of the default bail under Section 167(2) of the
