learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent.

In the present appeal, the Directorate of

Enforcement seeks to invalidate an order passed by the

Vacation Judge of the High Court of Delhi on 07.06.2023

releasing the respondent on interim bail mainly for the

purpose of looking after his maternal grandmother, who is

undergoing treatment at Apollo Speciality Hospital,

Nellore.

Argument of the Enforcement Directorate is that

this is a ploy of the respondent to stay out of

correctional home as his regular bail stands rejected by
