2. Despite due service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing O.P.(DIV.) No. 298 of 2025 titled as “Winster Thomas Kochuthundiyit vs. Jincy Varghese” pending before the Family Court, Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by KAPIL TANDON Date: E202t6.0t3.12umanoor, Kerala to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Reason:

4. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.
