1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of case bearing O.P.(DIV.) No. 298 of 2025 titled as “Winster Thomas Kochuthundiyit vs. Jincy Varghese” pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor, Kerala to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panvel, Maharashtra.

2. Despite due service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing O.P.(DIV.) No. 298 of 2025 titled as “Winster Thomas
