Headnote:The present appeal arises from an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal as affirmed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. The primary facts involve a dispute originating from proceedings in CP (IB) No. 863/PB/2020. Upon review, the Court examined the materials available on record and evaluated the submissions made by the parties.
