O R D E R

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, i.e. since 16.01.2025, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court in connection with Crime No. 592 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022, registered at Police Station Din Dayal Nagar, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioner will extend all co-operation during the investigation/trial.

5. In the event the Trial Court or the State finds that the petitioner is delaying the conclusion of trial, it will be open for them to approach this Court for recall of this order.

6. The Special Leave Petition and pending application(s) are disposed of accordingly.
