O R D E R
1. As per the office report, respondent nos. 1 and 2 stand served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
2. In the interest of justice, we request and appoint Ms.Sonakshi Sinha, learned counsel (email id:sonakshisinha.office@gmail.com and Signature Not Verified DigitaElly snignred boyl.No.UPI/5928/25), as amicus curiae (pro bono), to assist the RAJNI MUKHI Date: 2026.03.14 Reason:
Court on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2.
3. The Registry is directed to supply the complete paper book in digital form to the learned amicus curiae within three working days.
4. Learned amicus curiae shall endeavour to get in touch with the said respondents directly, in writing, apprising them about the pendency of the present petition; passing of this order; their right of engaging a counsel of choice; and their right of being represented, subject to eligibility, through a Legal Aid Counsel.
5. The Chairman of the concerned District Legal Services Authority shall have the above said respondents apprised of their rights to the aforesaid effect.
6. We clarify that the learned amicus curiae shall continue to assist the Court, even if the respondents are represented by a legally engaged counsel. She shall also file compliance Report of the order.
7. The Registry shall communicate this order to all concerned forthwith.
8. The Registry shall print the name of the learned amicus curiae in the cause list.
9. Mr. Nikhil Jain,learned Advocate-on-Record accepts notice on behalf of the Oriental Insurance Company/respondent no.3. Hence formal service of notice on the said respondent is waived.
10. Learned counsel counsel for the petitioner to serve a copy of the petition to the learned counsel for the respondent no.3-
