5. Learned senior counsel for the applicant-petitioners in Interlocutory Application Nos.74258/2026 and 74157/2026 submits that any order passed in favour of the petitioners in the present case would have an adverse bearing as they are the beneficiaries of the position as existing today.
6. Issue notice on the Interlocutory Applications No.74258/2026 and 74157/2026 for intervention/impleadment.
7. List all the matters together on 06.05.2026 and interim order granted by this Court on 02.02.2026 to continue till the next date of listing.
8. In view of the interim stay of the impugned order granted by the Court on 02.02.2026 in SLP(C) No.3222 of 2026, impugned order being common in SLP(C) Diary No.2658 of 2026 and SLP(C) No.7608 of 2026, there shall be stay of the order impugned in these cases also, till next date of listing.
