O R D E R
This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”). The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The petitioner has filed this Transfer Petition seeking the following reliefs:
“(a) Allow present petition and pass an order/judgment transferring divorce petition family Original Suit No.44/2025, pending before Family Court, Palamau, Jharkhand to Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh or any other competent Court NCR otherwise great prejudice and hardship will be caused to the Petitioner; and/or (b) Pass any other further order/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.”
On perusal of the Office Report dated 10.03.2026, it is noted that the respondent was served on 27.12.2025 however, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.
In the circumstances, we have heard learned counsel for the petitioner only.

In the result, the Transfer Petition is allowed and the Original Suit No.44/2025 titled “Munna Kumar vs. Reema Kumari” pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Palamau, Jharkhand is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Registry to communicate this order to the transferor Court as well as the transferee Court for taking steps in accordance with this order.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
