The petitioner (wife) has filed this petition seeking transfer of Family Main Case No. 414/2025 titled as Arvind vs. Priya filed by the respondent (husband) under Section 13(A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from the court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge No.10 (Family Court), Jaipur Metro-1, Sanganer to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
