1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of Petition No. 34 of 2025 titled “Ankit Kumar Vs. Puja Das” pending before the Upper Family Court, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kamrup (M), Guwahati, Assam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. We allow the Transfer Petition and direct that the Petition No. 34 of 2025 titled “Ankit Kumar Vs. Puja Das” be transferred from the Upper Family Court, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kamrup (M), Guwahati, Assam.

4. The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.
