Respondent no. 1 (Caveator) have filed counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel, Ms Yuvika Shama appearing on behalf of Mr Rahul Khuranna, Advocate-on-record undertakes to appear for respondent no.2 on whom service was incomplete and seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Counter affidavit be filed within 30 days from today. Vakalatnama be filed as per rules.

List again on 13.04.2026.
