We are dealing with a case where the petitioners, who have been granted Indian citizenship are facing threats of eviction.

We make it clear that on the next date of hearing if the instructions are not forthcoming, the concerned officer will have to be present before the Court.

List the matter on 06.05.2026.

In the meantime, interim order dated 29.08.2025 shall continue.
