Reason:

O R D E R

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner is involved in a case pursuant to the Case Crime No. 527/2016 registered under Sections 147, 323, 504 and 506 IPC r/w Sections 3(1)(x) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act with Police Station Naini District Prayagraj.

3. This Court has granted interim protection while entertaining Special Leave Petition on 19.11.2025 and has directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner if he joins the investigation.

4. Pursuant to our order dated 19.11.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer (‘I.O.’).

5. Learned counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh accepts that the petitioner has joined the investigation and submits that the investigation has been completed and the chargesheet has also been filed.

6. In the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, we make the interim order of this Court dated

19.11.2025 absolute.

7. In the event of arrest of the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid FIR, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court/Arresting Officer.

8. The special leave petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
