2. The appellant seeks leave to challenge the judgment and order dated 19.09.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1674/2025 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad whereby the bail application of the appellant was rejected.

3. The appellant(s) is in custody since 30.06.2024 in connection with Case Crime No.177 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 376(3) of IPC and 5/6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012, registered at P.S. Singhawali Aheer, District-Baghpat.
