1. The petitioner has filed the present transfer petition under

Article 139A (1) of the Constitution of India seeking transfer of

Writ Petition being Writ-A No. 1498 of 2022 titled as “Poonam

Shukla vs. State of U.P. & Ors” pending before the High Court of

Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow to this Court so

that the Writ Petition be heard along with SLP (C) no. 9187 of 2022

as the issue involved in both the matters are the same.

2. Since, we have dismissed the said Special Leave Petition, we

direct the High Court to take up and dispose of the aforementioned

Writ Petition.

3. With this direction, the Transfer Petition stands disposed of.
