The Supreme Court will dismiss an appeal if, upon perusal of the record and submissions, no substantial grounds are found to interfere with the judgment of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

Headnote:The matter pertains to an appeal filed against the final judgment and order dated 07-03-2025 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in CAAT No. 175/2017. Upon perusal of the materials placed on record, the court found no sufficient grounds to interfere with the findings of the tribunal. The primary issue was whether the impugned order of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal warranted interference by the apex court. The court reasoned that after considering the submissions and the record, there was no good ground to disturb the lower tribunal's decision. Accordingly, the Civil Appeal stands dismissed.
