1. We have perused the Report submitted by the learned Amicus Curiae as also the format prepared by him. Let the same be supplied to learned counsel for all the States/Union Territories.
2. Let the learned counsel for the States/Union Territories examine the same and ascertain the views of their respective institutions and give suggestions for modification, if any. This be positively done before the next date of listing on the e-mail addresses already provided for such purpose, as indicated in our order dated 30.01.2026.
3. Learned Amicus submits that his office would get in touch with NALSA and ascertain their views.
