Reason:
Learned counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted that the appellants have been appearing before the Trial Court, however, the matter has been adjourned a few times at the instance of the prosecution.
In such view of the matter, the non-bailable warrants issued against the appellants stand set aside, subject to the conditions that may be imposed to enable the appellants to continue their cooperation with the conduct of the trial.
In such view of the matter, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellants.
Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside, and the appellants are granted anticipatory bail on the terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court.
The appeal stands allowed, accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
