1. This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner (husband) seeking transfer of Petition No. 321 of 2024 titled as Shubhangi Sharma vs. Raghu Sharma filed by the respondent (wife) under Section 13-A(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the court of the First Family Judge, District Udham Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand) to a court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram, Haryana.
