ORDER

1. The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of a case initiated at the instance of the respondent-husband bearing HMA Case No.186A/2024, titled as “Rajeev Srivastava Vs. Rupa Verma”(subject-case), pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh to the Family Court at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Despite service of notice upon the respondent-husband, no one has entered appearance on his behalf meaning thereby that he is not interested to contest the present petition.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner- wife is having a minor daughter to take care of, it would be expedient in the ends of justice to Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by LOKESH ARORA transfer the subject-case as asked for by the Date: 2026.02.26
