1. By this petition, petitioner-wife seeks transfer of HMA Case No. 306/2025 titled as “Ayush Rana Versus Tanya Satija”, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh to the competent Family Court, at Delhi.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the record.
3. Upon consideration of the submissions and perusal of materials available on record, we are of the view that this Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by CHETAN ARORA Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, HMA Case No. 306/2025 titled as “Ayush Rana Versus Tanya Satija”, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is transferred to the Family Court, Delhi. The transferor Court shall transmit the entire record of the case forthwith to the transferee Court.
4. For convenience of the parties, we deem it appropriate to observe that it will be open to the parties to appear through video conferencing platform except on occasions where their physical presence is necessary.
5. The Transfer Petition is allowed in the above terms.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
