UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Rohit Bansal has entered appearance for respondent Nos.5, 11, 13 and 17 and has submitted that vakalatnama has already been filed yesterday. Registry to verify and update the records. Time has been sought to file counter affidavit. As service was complete in September 2025, no counter affidavit has been filed yet. Hence, last opportunity is granted to file counter affidavit within a week. If counter affidavit is filed as above, let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity to file the same would stand declined.

Opportunity of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 10 & 26 to file counter affidavit has already been declined No counter affidavit has been filed by respondent No.23 despite the grant of last opportunity on 18.12.2025. Hence, further opportunity to file the same is hereby declined. Service was complete on respondent Nos.4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14-16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 27 & 28 in September, 2025 but none has entered appearance.

Counter affidavit has already been filed by respondent No.20.

Ld. Advocate, Mr. Saurabh Bhushan for the petitioner has submitted that the name of respondent No.25 would be deleted from the array of parties. Let appropriate application be filed within a week. If such an application is filed as above, let the same be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions, else Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars for service on respondent No.25 within a week and list on 08.04.2026.

Let copy of the ROP be furnished to the concerned AOR for information and compliance.
