1. The petitioner (wife) has filed this petition seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 1015 of 2024 titled as Ashutosh vs. Shreya filed by the respondent (husband) under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondent, no one has entered appearance on his behalf. However, vide order dated 04.02.2026, awaiting representation of the respondent, the matter was adjourned. Even today, there Gulshan Kumar Arora Date: 2026.03.09 Reason:

is no one present on behalf of the respondent to oppose the prayer as made in the transfer petition.

3.
