1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of HMA No.441 of 2024, titled “Deepak Singh Mehra v. Priyanka Dhani”, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the Family Court, Gangolihat, District Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that interests of justice require that the petition should be allowed.

3. Accordingly, HMA No.441 of 2024, titled “Deepak Singh Mehra v. Priyanka Dhani”, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Gangolihat, District Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand.

4. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly.

5. On an application made by the respondent, the Court to which the case is transferred shall permit the respondent to appear through video-conference on all dates except on the dates on which her personal presence is absolutely mandatory.

6. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.

7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
