the Court made the following

O R D E R

1) Applications for exemption from filing official translation and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment are allowed. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner to show his bona fides has offered a Demand Draft of Rs.5 lakhs to be deposited in the Registry of this Court subject to the outcome of the present petition.

3) The complainant-Bank be joined as a party.

4) Issue notice.

5) Mr. Rahul Khurana, Advocate on Record, accepts notice for respondent-State.

6) Mr. Sanjeev Pathak, learned counsel, appears and accepts notice for the complainant-Bank.

7) As prayed, the Demand Draft of Rs.5 lakhs as aforementioned be deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court within a week, the amount shall be kept in short term fixed deposit of a nationalised Bank on auto-renewal basis.

8) In the meantime, by way of interim relief, it is directed that subject to cooperation of the petitioner in the investigation, no coercive steps shall be taken against him in connection with FIR No.10/2026 dated 09.01.2026 registered at Police Station Chhapar, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

9) Counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks.

10) List after six weeks.
