O R D E R

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of HMA Petition No.45/2025 titled as "Sudhanshu Bhardwaj Versus Asha Sharma" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala City, Haryana.

2. Though service is complete, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the sole respondent-husband.

3. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in our opinion, a case is made out for transfer of divorce proceedings as the petitioner resides at Ambala Cantt, which is more than 100 Kms. from Paonta Sahib and she has 18 months old daughter to take care. She is totally dependent on her father and proceedings in one FIR are already pending at Ambala.

4. Accordingly, HMA Petition No.45/2025 titled as "Sudhanshu Digitally signed by Nirmala Negi Date: 2026.02.28 Reason:

Bhardwaj Versus Asha Sharma" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh is hereby transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala City, Haryana.

5. Records shall be sent promptly by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court.

6. We also direct that if possible common date can be given in all the matters pending between the parties so as to enable them to appear in all the cases on a single day instead of different dates.

7. In case video conferencing facilities are available in the transferee Court, the parties may be permitted to appear through video conferencing.

8. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
